Job Summary:
The Administrative assistant, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, performs a variety of office duties including, but not limited to:
- -Develop and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track clinical quality, operations, and provider production.
- -Manage Medicare’s MIPS program by researching measures, conducting monthly audits, developing audit binders, and acting as a part of the HIPAA committee to conduct an annual Security Risk Analysis.
- -Act as the point of contact for pharmaceutical and medical device companies to coordinate meetings, lunches, and dinners.
- -Complete bi-weekly and ad hoc supply orders across all sites to ensure optimal inventory levels of office and building supplies.
- -Provide administrative support to the clinic directors. Prepare and process a variety of documents including agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and policies.
- -Coordinate TCPC events.
- -Monitor and track medical certification requirements to ensure all medical personnel stay current per facility guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient understanding of entire Microsoft Office suite. Strong Excel knowledge is required.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work well whether independently or as part of a team.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting located in Edina.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Full-time, non-exempt: 40 hours/week
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday.
- No evenings or weekends.
