Job Summary:

  • Provides primary duties related to Physical Therapy care for spine-related and chronic pain needs.
  • Supports the practice in the role of outpatient follow-up care and new patient appointments.
  • Communicates and coordinates patient care consistently and effectively with providers and colleagues.
  • Designs, implements, and modifies therapeutic interventions as appropriate to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required.
  • Minnesota licensed in Physical Therapy.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in clinic settings located in Woodbury and Burnsville.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear and smell. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.
  • Day hours Monday – Friday; no evenings or weekends.
  • Exempt.
  • Base salary with bonus structure (salary dependent upon experience).
